Terms of the contract

The data provided by our customers shall be used exclusively for processing the order. All data thus received will be treated with strict confidentiality. The data collected by VU (visualix unternehmung) is stored on secured servers. In order to avoid the loss or abuse of data stored on our servers, we take extensive technical safety precautions that are continually verified and adapted to comply with the latest technological standards. Regardless of this, due to the structure of the Internet it is still possible for said privacy rights to be violated. Here, in particular, unencrypted data, such as e.g. e-mails) can be read by third parties. We have no influence on this. It is the responsibility of the customer to protect him/herself against the violation of his/her provided data, by means of encryption or in another way and manner. VU guarantees that no e-mail addresses will be used for other purposes than for this order and guarantees that the data will not be passed on. 

Upload of images / exclusion of liability
The customers confirm that they are entitled to make use of these images, and take on sole responsibility for this. It is at the customers’ discretion to decide which contents they wish to compile for this product. VU would like to give free reign to their phantasy. 

Expressly precluded are

forbidden pornographic depictions

racial discrimination
depiction of violence

depiction of extremist political groups

depiction of discriminating religious views

VU reserves the right of deleting illegal contents without reimbursement of the selling price. 

Copyright
All depicted images, logos, texts, reports, scripts and programming routines are the property of VU or its suppliers and are subject to copyright of the corresponding licensor. These may not be used for other purposes. All rights reserved.

Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply for the contractual relationship as well as for all legal disputes arising between the customers and VU. The court of law of VU will have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding on all disputes. 

Terms of delivery

The ordered products will be sent out to the customers within a maximum period of 24 hours. Just before the 1st of December, within hours. Reserved from these rights are unforeseen events such as force majeure, delays in transit of VU or delayed delivery by suppliers of VU. The risk of accidental disappearance or damage passes on to the customers with the delivery of the goods. VU does not take on any responsibility for deliveries that are made too late. A complaint about deliveries that are not in accordance with the order has to be made to VU in writing within 5 days after receipt by post (e-mail) as a notice of defect. VU shall only replace deliveries, once the product which is complained about has been returned to VU. Compensation deliveries shall only be made subsequent to the restitution of the complained about goods by the customer. VU will not grant any substitution or right of withdrawal for mistakes made by the customers with regard to content, Image quality and text.

Payment terms
All stated prices are incl. of VAT (in Switzerland and Liechtenstein) and delivery fees. Payment by PAYPAL, MASTERCARD or VISA 

Amendments to the general terms and conditions

VU reserves the right to amend the general terms and conditions. The customers shall be notified of these and they will be deemed to have been approved. Each desired deviation from these terms and conditions has to be authorised in writing by VU in order to be valid. 

Legal partner
Legal Partner for all activities in connection with this website is the proprietor, visualix Unternehmung (referred to in these GTC as VU), CH-8132 Egg bei Zurich/Switzerland

Final provisions
By placing an order, the customer accepts the aforementioned terms and conditions. These were made known to the customer prior to conclusion of this contract or placing of order in full detail.
